Essential Qualification and Experience

• Law Graduate from a University/ Institution recognized by UGC enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of State in which practising and 2 years' experience for dealing with Civil/Service/ Labour Arbitration cases and exposure to the drafting of Agreement/ MoUs/ Deeds etc." after enrolment.

• While considering the application of YPs the ranking of institutions provided under the established framework.
