Essential Qualification and Experience

Senior Associate

• A Degree in Law and Sanad.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of corporate laws is essential.

• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in attending and arguing matters in court regularly.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Senior Associates should be in a position to handle and argue cases independently and have an interest in corporate litigation.

• The work profile will include briefing counsels, arguing matters, managing the matters independently and every aspect of a court case. The appearance will generally be in NCLT, NCLAT and other Tribunals/courts.

Junior Associate

• A Degree in Law and Sanad.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of corporate laws is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Junior Associate will involve in attending matters with seniors, conducting independent research and drafting. Should have an interest in corporate litigation.

• The work will involve coordinating with clients and counsels. They should be ready to appear before NCLT/ NCLAT/High Court. The work is primarily in the area of insolvency code and NCLT.
