Essential Qualification and Experience

• LL.B. from a recognized University with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience

• Experience in handling Corporate Commercial contracts, SHA, SPA & Transactional agreements.

• Well-versed in the legal manner of corporate transactional work, including foreign exchange, management and company law issues.

• Exceptional at contractual drafting, client communication and contract negotiation with keen attention to detail.

• Able to work cooperatively with the team as well as, autonomously and meet deadlines as per the requirement of the assignment.
