Retired District And Additional Session Judge Vacancy At Exclusive/Dedicated POCSO Courts, Bombay

The High Court of Bombay invites applications for the Retired Judicial Officers in the State of Maharashtra from the cadre of District and Additional Sessions Judge for the post under Exclusive/Dedicated POCSO Courts for the period of 1 year on a contractual basis in the State of Maharashtra for expeditious trial and disposal of pending cases of Rape and cases pending under POCSO Act.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The retired Judicial Officers in the State of Maharashtra from the cadre of District and Additional Sessions Judge, who have retired during March 2018 to February 2022 on Superannuation only and having no post-retirement assignment shall be considered. The retired Judicial Officers who have taken voluntary retirement and those who are compulsorily retired/discharged from service in probation/review premature retired or dismissed shall not be considered.

• Interested candidates are required to submit their application in the prescribed format alongwith medical fitness certificate of Civil Hospital on or before 18.04.2022 by E-mail at the address "rgrp-bhc@bhc.gov.in" and simultaneously the original prescribed proforma be sent by speed post to the office of the Registrar General, High Court of Bombay, Fort, Mumbai, 400 032.

• The envelope containing willingness/information in the prescribed proforma and medical fitness certificate of the Civil Hospital should be superscribed with the words "Application for the Post of Retired District and Additional Sessions Judges on Contract Basis for Exclusive/Dedicated POCSO Act Courts."
