Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Law from a recognised University.

• Preference will be given to the candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Law and to the candidates who have special knowledge of Labour and Consumer Laws and handling such kind of matters before the Hon’ble High Court or Sub-ordinate Courts.

• The Advocate should be registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
