Registrar Vacancy At Appellate Tribunal (Under SAFEMA Act, 1976)

Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Competent Authority Cell invites applications from the officers working under Central Government through proper channels for the post of Registrar in the Appellate Tribunal under Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976, New Delhi on deputation basis.

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + G.P. Rs. 6,600 (Pre-revised)

Essential Qualification and Experience

• (a) Officers under Central Government holding analogous posts; OR

• with five years' service in posts on the scale of Rs.8000-275-13500 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; OR

• with eight years of regular service in posts on the scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; AND

• (b) Possessing experience in administration, establishment, and accounts matters and preferably a degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.
