Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• The candidate must be a person of ability, integrity and standing with a graduate degree in any discipline including law, with a minimum experience of 25 years of service in the judicial department holding the post, not below the rank of District Judge (entry-level).

Desirable Qualifications:

• Discharging judicial functions or quasi-judicial functions in the Government departments/Public administration OR
• Exposure in the power sector OR
• Experience of holding hearings of public grievances against specific complaints filed under different provisions of law and passing reasoned orders.
