    Essential Qualification and Experience

    • A recognized degree in any discipline and MBA (HR) / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel / HR/ IR / Management with a minimum of 55% marks from Government recognized university/ institute. A degree in Law would be an added advantage.

    • The candidate should have good knowledge in HR, Labor Law, Factories Act, training, recruitment, staff welfare, and general administration.

    • The candidate should be proficient in Computers (MS Office & Internet etc.) Exposure to ERP-HR/ SAP-HCM would be preferred.
