Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata invites applications for the post of Resolution Officer and Assistant Estate Managers on a contractual basis under the Estate Division of KDS.

Essential Qualification and Experience

Resolution Officer

• LLB Degree from a recognized university /institution.

• At least three years of practicing experience in Civil and Criminal Courts.

Assistant Estate Managers

• A degree in BA/B.Com/BSC/BE(Any Stream) / BBA/CA from a recognized University/ Institution.

• Having experience in dealing with land matters.

Desirable

• Educational Qualification: a) Candidates having a degree in Civil Engineering or a degree in Law from a recognized university /institution will be preferred. b) A certificate in MS Office from c) any Government institute or any private institute having recognition by DOEACC or any other State Government Proficiency will be preferred. The same shall be assessed through a computer test. Experience: a) Having experience in dealing with Land/ Property and Revenue Department in any State/ Central Government Organization. b) Having good knowledge in Accountancy.
