Office of District Social Welfare, Kulgam invites applications for the post of Centre Administrator (Females only), Case Worker (Female only), and Para Legal Personnel/ Lawyer in One Stop Centre (OSC) for Women Kulgam.

Essential Qualification and Experience

Centre Administrator (Female only)

• Degree in Law Or Masters in Social Work

• Five (05) years Experience of in working on Violence against women (VAW) issues in an administrative set-up with Government Projects/programme

• One Year Experience of in Counseling either within or outside the same set-up.

• She should be a resident of the local community so that the local human resource and experience is utilized for the effective functioning of the centre.

Case Worker (Female only)

• Degree in Law Or Masters in Social Work

• Three (03) years experience of working with a Govt, or non-Government Project/Programme. On Violence against women (VAW) in the District.

• She should be a resident of the local community so that the local human resource and experience is utilized for the effective functioning of the centre.

Para Legal Personnel/ Lawyer

• Degree in Law Or Masters in Social Science Subject.

• Para Legal Training or knowledge of the law with at least 3 years experience of working with a Govt, or non-Government Project/ Programme, on Violence against women (VAW) in the District.

• Candidates with experience in working with the District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) will be preferred.
