Essential Qualification and Experience

Manager (Legal)

• First class Degree in Law (Full Time) and Candidates should be registered with the Bar Council in India.

• A Minimum of 8 years post qualification full-time work experience in the field of law in India such as practising at the Bar/ working with Law firms/ handling legal work under employment with Private/ Public organizations or with Central/ State Government. The candidate should be well versed in Contract Laws, Corporate & Allied Laws, Tax Laws, and Intellectual Property Rights laws.

• Candidate should be conversant with the drafting of agreements, joint ventures, partnership contracts, deeds and other legal documents. Experience in contract management, Arbitration and litigations is desirable.

Deputy Manager (Legal)

• First class Degree in Law (Full Time) and Candidates should be registered with the Bar Council in India.

• A Minimum of 4 years post qualification full-time work experience in the field of law in India such as practising at the Bar/ working with Law firms/ handling legal work under employment with Private/ Public organization or with Central/ State Government.

• Candidate should be conversant with the drafting of agreements, joint ventures, partnership contracts, deeds and other legal documents. Experience in contract management, Arbitration and litigations is desirable.
