Multiple Vacancies At National Human Rights Commission (NHRC)

National Human Rights Commission invites applications for the post of Senior Consultant (Law) & Consultant (Law) on a contract basis, for the various works of the Law Division of the National Human Rights Commission.

Name of the Post: Senior Consultant (Law) and Consultant (Law)

Essential Qualification and Experience

Senior Consultant (Law)

• The Applicant should be retired from the post of Joint Registrar (Level- 13 in Pay Matrix or equivalent) from the Central Government, the State Government, Union territories, and autonomous or statutory organizations. Public Sector Undertakings, Universities or recognized Research Institutions and from Supreme Court/High Courts/District Courts/Tribunals etc.

• Possessing a Degree in Law from a recognized University and ten years of experience in Court matters or of any other post involving interpretation or application of statutes

• Should have Proficient in the use of computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and c. office.

• Preference will be given to the candidates having administrative experience.

Consultant (Law)

• The Applicant should be retired from the post of Deputy Registrar/Assistant Registrar (Level 12 or 11 in Pay Matrix or equivalent) from the Central Government, the State Government, Union territories, autonomous or statutory organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, Universities or recognized Research Institutions and from Supreme Court/High Courts/District Courts/Tribunals etc.

• Possessing a Degree in Law from a recognized University and five years of experience in Court matters or of any other post involving interpretation or application of statutes

• Should have Proficient in the use of computers (Word, Excel. PowerPoint etc.) and c. office.

• Preference will be given to the candidates having administrative experience.
