Essential Qualification and Experience

• MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma of minimum 02 years duration in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University/ Institute. Degree in Law (LLB) is desirable.

• Post qualification experience of 09 years in HR Department of any Government/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Body/ MNC/ Large Private Sector Organization(s) of repute.
