Age Limit: 40 Years

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Master's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR with a minimum of 60% marks; Or

• Equivalent Degree or Diploma with specialization in HR with a minimum of 60% marks; Or

• Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations with a minimum of 60% marks; Or

• Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management, with a minimum of 60% marks.

• Minimum of 9 years post qualification managerial experience in the areas of Human

Desirable

• Degree in Law.

• Proficiency in Computer Applications like MS Office
