Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor of Laws qualification in 10+2+5 years pattern from any National Law University / recognized University /College / Institution.

• Minimum seven years of experience in handling predominantly commercial matters in a responsible capacity viz. as a legal professional (preferably in govt. organizations) or as a partner of law firms, advocates etc. The experience shall be counted from the date of registration with the Bar Council.
