Essential Qualification and Experience

• Should have a postgraduate in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.

• Should have at least 4 years of experience and knowledge of working on women/child protection issues including 2 years of working of child-related legal issues and experience of working with the JJBs will be an added advantage.

• Should have a good rapport with the NGOs / Govt. departments in the district who are working on women and child protection related issues, And should have a good understanding of child rights and protection issues.

• Should have demonstrable Commitment to women and child concerns and communication skills both written & oral and ability to pursue the manors with all concerned. Should have a background of working on legal issues related to women and children,

• Ability to work on a computer and capable is using MS Office package (MS Word and Excel) and also capable of using the internet.
