Essential Qualification and Experience

• Practicing Advocates enrolled with Maharashtra State Bar/ Graduation Years 2019 - 2020 only.

• Candidate must also hold experience of 1 to 2 years. The Covid period will be excluded while calculating experience.

• Preference will be given to Candidates from Maharashtra.

Role & Responsibilities

• The candidate must have a flair for research, expertise in drafting, good communication skills and knowledge in commercial litigation and arbitration.
