Essential Qualification and Experience

• The candidate should have a Degree in Law with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience

• The candidate shall be responsible for drafting and vetting financing/ transactional documents/ agreements and for drafting petitions/ applications and appearing before NCLT/ High Court.
