Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Law from a recognized University having Sanad/Registration with Bar Council.

• He/She must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Practicing Advocate.

• Experience in the field of Civil, Labour, Revenue, Consumer Forums and Administrative matters as well as matters relating to Departmental Enquiries.

• Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi and English is essential.
