• Candidates should possess at least a Master's degree in law of statutory university.
• Candidates who are holding or have held the post of Superintendent on the Legal Side of the Law and Judiciary Department, for a period of not less than three years; OR
• Candidates who are holding or have held the post of Assistant on the Legal Side of the Law and Judiciary Department, for a period of not less than five years; OR
• Candidates who have been Advocates or Solicitors in a High Court or Courts subordinate thereto, for a period of not less than five years;
