Judicial Officer Vacancy At Fast Track Special Courts, Maharashtra (Retired Judicial Officers Only)

The high court of Bombay invites applications from retired Judicial Officers in the State of Maharashtra for Fast Track Special Courts for the period of one year on a contractual basis in the State of Maharashtra for expeditious disposal of cases by conducting trials of pending rape cases and cases pending under POCSO Act.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• From the cadre of District and Additional Sessions Judge, who have retired during December 2017 to November 2021 on Superannuation only and having no post-retirement assignment.

• The retired Judicial Officers who have taken voluntary retirement and those who are compulsorily retired/discharged from service in probation / prematurely retired or dismissed shall not be considered

How to apply?

• Interested candidates are required to submit their application and shall send the scanned copy of the duly filled in prescribed proforma on or before 03.01.2022 by E-mail on address "rgrp-bhc@bhc.gov.in" and simultaneously the original prescribed proforma be sent by speed post to the office of the Registrar General, High Court of Bombay, Fort, Mumbai, 400 032. In view of the COVID-19 situation, if it is not possible to send the required medical certificate along with the form, the same can be submitted later on.

• The envelope containing willingness/information in prescribed proforma and Medical Fitness Certificate of Civil Hospital should be superscribed with the words "Application for the post of Retired District and Additional Sessions Judges on Contract Basis for Fast Track Special Courts."
