Independent Member Vacancy At Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission

Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission invites applications for the post of Independent Member for Consumer Grievances Redressal Forums (CGRFs) established at Ahmedabad - UGVCL and Ahmedabad – TPL-D (A).

Name of the Post: Independent Member

Age Limit: 65 Years

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The Independent Member shall be a person of stature and repute having sufficient exposure to and experience of consumer affairs.

• A person possessing a degree in law from a recognized university and having at least ten (10) years of experience in handling legal matters shall have an added advantage.

• Provided that the Members of the Forum shall preferably have a working knowledge of the vernacular language of the State of Gujarat.
