Essential Qualification and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline from a Government recognized University/ Institute.

• Minimum 18 Years post qualification total experience and Satisfying the below criteria.

• Candidates having a minimum of 5 Years' experience in HR.

Preference

• A Candidate with 02 years full/part-time Degree/Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management/Industrial Relation Management from Govt. recognized University/ Institute.

• Candidate having knowledge of SAP/ERP.

• Experience in IR & Administration matters including formulation 8s implementation of HR Policies, Manpower Planning and Capacity Building, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Retention, Training & Development, Welfare, Disciplinary, Compliance of Statutory requirements, Contract Labour Matters, Legal, Security, Procurement, Tendering General Administration.
