Essential Qualification and Experience

• The Advocate/firm should be Kolkata based. The advocate should have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited/ recognized college/University in Law and is registered with the Bar Council of Hon'ble High Court and Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench.

• He/she should have experience in handling Government related cases at the High Court/ Supreme Court/ Central Administrative Tribunal.
