Empanelment Of Advocates (Jabalpur) Vacancy At Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO)

Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), on behalf of the Central Board, Employees' Provident Funds, a statutory body of the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, proposes to engage Panel Counsel(s) to represent the Central Board, EPF before High Court of M.P Jabalpur, Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Jabalpur, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jabalpur, DCDRF, SCDRC and other lower courts under the jurisdiction of Regional Office, Jabalpur (M.P.) for the block year 2022-2024.

Essential Qualification and Experience

For designation of an advocate to handle the cases before the Supreme Court of India:

• Be enrolled led/registered as an advocate with the Bar Council of India,

• Be enrolled/registered and currently practicing as an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court.

• Have a minimum, relevant experience of Ten Years of handling Civil, Service, Labour matters. Arbitration matters and other cases before Supreme Court of India with a fair knowledge of labour laws with special reference to Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (E.P.F. and M.P. Act, 1952).

Qualification and experience for conducting cases in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Seat, Jabalpur:

• Be enrolled led/registered as an advocate with the State Bar Council.

• Have a minimum, relevant experience of Ten Years of handling Civil, Service, Labour matters. Arbitration matters and other cases before a High Court with a fair knowledge of labour laws with special reference to Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (E.P.F. and M.P. Act, 1952).

Qualification and experience for conducting cases in EPFAT (CGIT):

• Be enrolled/registered as an advocate with the State Bar Council.

• Have a minimum, relevant experience of Ten Years of handling Civil, Criminal, Service, Labour, Arbitration matters, and other cases with a fair knowledge of labour laws with special reference to Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (E.P.F. and M.P. Act, 1952).
