Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Zonal Office, Vijayawada invites application for Empanelment of Advocate on behalf of the Central Board, Employees' Provident Funds, a statutory body of the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, proposes to engage Panel Counsel(s) to represent Central Board of EPF and its offices situated in the state of Andhra Pradesh before High Court of Andhra Pradesh, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Vijayawada, CAT-Andhra Pradesh located in Hyderabad, CGIT-Andhra Pradesh located in Hyderabad, NCLT-Andhra Pradesh located in Hyderabad and other lower courts situated in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Essential Qualification and Experience
• Be enrolled/registered as an advocate with the State Bar Council.
• Have a minimum, relevant experience of Ten years of handling Civil, Criminal, Service, Labour, Arbitration matters, and other cases with a fair knowledge of labour laws with special reference to Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act,1952 (EPF and MP Act, 1952).
