Empanelment Of Advocate At Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Mumbai [Date Extended: Apply By 15th November 2021]

Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), on behalf of the Central Board, Employees Provident Funds, a statutory body of the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, proposes to engage Panel Counsel (s) to represent the Central Board, EPF before Bombay High Court and CGIT I & II, Mumbai, District Consumer Forum (Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Raigadh, Palghar) & District court and CAT, Mumbai.
Essential Qualification and Experience:
Qualification and experience for conducting cases in Bombay High Court
- Be enrolled/ registered as an advocate with the State Bar Council
- Have a minimum, relevant experience of Ten years of handling Civil, Service, Labour, Arbitration matters, and other cases before a High Court with a fair knowledge of labour laws with special reference to Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act. 1952 (E P.F. and M.P Act, 1952) or upcoming Social security Code.

- Be enrolled/ registered as an advocate with the State Bar Council.
- Have a minimum, relevant experience of Ten years of handling Civil, Criminal, Service. Labour, Arbitration matters, and other cases with a fair knowledge of labour laws with special reference to Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (E.P.F. and M.P. Act, 1952) or upcoming Social security Code.
How to apply?
- The interested advocate must submit an application in the format prescribed Annexure "A" and Annexure in "B" enclosed in the official notification, along with all sealed envelopes to Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner, Zonal Office, Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Vardan Commercial Complex 6th Floor, MIDC, Road No 16, Wagle Estate, Thane. - The envelope should be superscripted as "Application for Empanelment of Advocate for High Court/CGIT I & II etc"
- The last date of receiving Applications in the prescribed format along with documents supporting is 15th November 2021.
