Essential Qualification and Experience

• Fellow/Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI) Additional Qualification of LLB from a reputed university will be preferred

• 4 years out of which a minimum of two years in a listed company

• If working in PSU/Central/State Govt./Railways Organization: Presently working in the scale of Rs. 50000-160000(IDA)/Level 8 (CDA) Or Working for 2 years on a scale of Rs. 40000-140000(IDA)/Level 7

• If working in Private Sector (Public Limited Company only): (i) Presently working or working in a Private Sector (Public Limited Company only) having paid-up share capital of Rs. 10 Crore or more or Turnover of Rs. 500 crores or more in any of the last three financial years viz. 2018-19.2019-20,2020-21. (Kindly attach documentary proof thereof) (ii) Candidate presently working in a listed company will be preferred.
