Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers under Central or State government or Union Territories or autonomous or statutory organizations or public sector undertakings or universities or recognized research institutions: (a)(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) With five years regular service in level-I0 in the pay matrix, (Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and,

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university or institute; and,

• Experience of seven years' in handling contracts and legal matters in Central Government or State government or Union territories or autonomous or statutory organizations or public sector undertakings or universities or recognized research institutes.
