Essential Qualification and Experience:

• Candidates should have retired from any Central/State Govt. Office/Autonoums Bodies/Power Sector Companies and at the level of Joint Secretary/Joint Director/ Addl. District Judge or equivalents or higher or person holding a professional qualification and having substantial experience in the practice of law and who has the requisite qualification to have been appointed as a judge of the District Court and above.
• Bachelors degree in law from any recognized University.
• Candidates who have adequate knowledge of, and have shown capacity in, dealing with legal matters of judicial/quasi-judicial/regulatory/electricity sector.
