Essential Qualification and Experience

• Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with at least 10 years of post qualification experience, of working as a Company Secretary in a reputed organization. The Candidate possessing proficiency in Accounting and Tally will have a distinct advantage.

Desired

• A degree in Law shall be preferred.

• CA (Inter)/ICWAI(Inter)/ M.Com or Equivalent shall be preferred.

• Knowledge of Taxation /working of Public Sector Units.

• Administration Experience: Experience in Administrative matters desirable.
