Essential Qualification and Experience

Company Secretary Grade 1

• Must be a Member of Company Secretaries of India and law graduate, with 15 years of experience in Secretarial and legal functions as a Company Secretary in a PSU or Large Corporate Body; Or

Company Secretary Grade 2

• Must be Associate Member of Company Secretaries of India and law graduate, with 10 years of experience in Secretarial and legal functions as a Company Secretary in a PSU or Large Corporate Body.
