Essential Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate with Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. (Degree in Law Preferable)
• 7-8 years experience in the secretarial matters of listed companies. Preference will be given to candidates with a PSU background.
