The High Court of Bombay invites applications for the post of Chief Presenting Officer and Presenting Officer in the Law and Judiciary Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai.

Essential Qualification and Experience
Chief Presenting Officer
• Applicant must hold a degree in Law from any recognized university and be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
• Applicant must have at least 10 (ten) years of practice as an Advocate ordinarily, in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, on the date of advertisement, certified by the Registrar of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, that be ordinarily practices in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
Presenting Officer
• Applicant must hold a degree in Law from any recognized university and be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
• Applicant must have at least 7 (seven) years of practice as an Advocate ordinarily in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, on the date of advertisement, certified by the Registrar of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, that be ordinarily practices in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
