Internet Freedom Foundation is a young, impact-focused Indian non-profit organisation born out of the SaveTheIntenet.in the movement for net neutrality. Internet Freedom Foundation invites applications for the post of Associate Litigation Counsel and Case Intake Manager for Digital Patrakar Defence Clinic (DPDC), starting in October 2022 to work on the most significant strategic litigations at the intersection of technology and fundamental rights.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The applicant must have a 5-year or 3-year degree in law.

• The applicant must have 0-4 years of work experience. Candidates with prior litigation experience, interest in public law, and experience with emerging and digital technologies will be given a preference.

• The applicant must be qualified to practice law in India, enrolled with the Bar Council and authorized to appear in court on behalf of clients.
