Essential Qualification and Experience

• A law degree from a reputed law school/university with 5+ years of experience in the legal profession.

• Excellent command over English - Oral and Writing and dealing with foreign Clients.

• Ability to understand the scope of work and execute them with due guidance and consultation.

• Good legal drafting skills

• Litigation lawyer who is regular in court and fully vigilant and aware of court proceedings.

• Well-versed with basic computer operations such as MS Excel & Word

Roles & Responsibilities

• The candidate will be required to present himself in, lower courts, tribunals, DRT, Consumer Courts, NCLT, NCLAT DRAT, High Courts, and Supreme Court. Experience in appearance in the above is essential.

• Drafting of Writ Petition, Legal Notices, SLP, Suits, Claim before IRP, Petitions, Applications and Appeals before NCLT /NCALT DRT /DRAT /PMLA etc., IBC application u/s 7, 9 & 95, reply/rejoinder, misc. applications etc.

• Court Compliances

• Maintain coordination with other senior and junior lawyers working at the firm, and with other para-legal staff.
