• Candidates must have a Degree in Law from a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.

• The total number of cases conducted independently and jointly.

• Judgment of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted.

• Previous experience, if any, as Assistant Public Prosecutor.

• General reputation in terms of integrity and professional efficiency.
