Essential Qualification and Experience

• LL.B. from the University Of Repute In India. Preference will be given to candidates possessing LLM.

• Preference will be given to the candidates who are heading Legal Department In the Public Sector Company.

• Dealing with matters related to Tenders/Contracts/ Arbitrations/Departmental matters/RTI/Agreements/Land Cases/Labour Contract Cases Etc.
