Essential Qualification and Experience

• A degree in Law with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.

• Candidates should have exposure in Company Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases in NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, Supreme Court of India.

Preference will be given to residents of Delhi (Preferably South Delhi).

Roles & Responsibility

• ANG Partners needs an Associate/Advocate is who can handle Company Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases in NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, Supreme Court of India.
