Essential Qualification and Experience

• Law Graduate from a University/ Institution recognized by UGC.

• Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of State in which practicing and having at least 2 years experience in dealing with Civil/ Service/ Labour Arbitration cases and exposure to the drafting of Agreement/ MoUs/ Deeds etc. after enrolment.
