• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and should have proficiency in both English and Manipuri.

• Proficiency in computer usage is essential.

• Preference will be given to candidates holding a law degree and prior translation experience.

• Proficiency in Meitei Mayek will be considered a strong advantage.
