The office of the Pr. Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, (MP&CG) invites applications for the post of Special Public Prosecutor to represent the Income Tax Department before Courts of Session and its subordinate Courts at Bhopal & other judicial fora.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should be eligible to appear before the court as an Advocate and

• Have a minimum experience of 7 years as a Practicing Advocate, in criminal matters. Adequate experience in handling trials relating to Direct Taxes is desirable.
