Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have a degree in LL.B.

• Candidate must have Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.

• Candidate should have experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.

• Unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms & conditions approved by Government of India from time to time.

• Details of important cases handled by the applicant advocate.

• Candidate should have a minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor (Subordinate Court), who have experience in handling criminal matters.
