The Court of the Principal District and Session Judge, Sangareddy invites application for the post of Special Judicial Magistrate.

Name of the Post: Special Judicial Magistrate

Remuneration: Rs. 45,000/- + Rs.5,000/- conveyance allowance per month.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Who State has held any post in Telangana State Judicial Services or State Judicial Services and retired or resigned; or

• Who has held a post in the T.S. Judicial Ministerial Services not below the rank of Superintendent of District Court or Senior Civil Judge or Junior Civil Judge's Court and has a law degree; or

• Who has held a post of Section Officer and above in the High Court Services for Telangana State and has Law Degree; or

• A non-practicing Advocate with a practice at the Bar of not less than five years and who is above 45 years of age; or

• Any retired Gazetted Officer possessing Law Degree or who has passed the Criminal Judicial Test (Full test consisting of Indian Penal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure) conducted by Telangana State Public Service Commission and who has exercised Magisterial powers during his/her tenure of service for not less than three years.

• Provided that a suitable retired Judicial Officer shall be preferred.
