The Office of the Principal District and Session Court invites application for the Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class on contractual basis.

Name of the Post: Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Who has held any post in Telangana State Judicial Services and retired or resigned; OR

• Who has held a post in the Telangana Judicial Ministerial and Subordinate Services not below the rank of Superintendent of District Court or Senior Civil Judge or Junior Civil Judge's Court and having Law degree; OR

• Who has held a post of Section officer and above in the Telangana High Court Services and having Law Degree; OR

• A non-practicing Advocate with a practice at the Bar of not less than Five years and who is above 45 years of age should file a Certificate of voluntary suspension of practice issued by the Bar Council of State of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana; OR

• Any retired Gazetted officer possessing Law Degree and who has passed the Criminal Judicial Test (Full test consisting of Indian Penal Code; and the Criminal Judicial Test (Full test consisting of Indian Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission/ Telangana Public Service Commission and who has exercised magisterial posers during his tenure of service for not less than three years.
