Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have LL.B. with POE experience of 5+ Years in IIP/IP litigation.

• Preference will be given to candidates with LLM in IP rights & Technology Law.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Representing clients in trademark infringement and dilution cases.

• Help develop and execute litigation strategies to protect client's trademark rights.

• Provide support in advising clients on enforcement and defence strategies, negotiate settlements and drafts settlement agreements.
