Essential Qualification and Experience

• Registered Patent Agent with master's degree in any science subject and atleast 5 years of post-qualification experience of working in patents department of a reputed IP Law Firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• The candidate should be able to do independently perform the following tasks:

a) Patent searching;

b) Filing;

c) Prosecution, drafting FER responses, pre grant and post grant oppositions, etc.

d) Attending hearings before the Controller and

e) Associated administrative tasks.
