    ANZ LAWZ LLP invites application for the post of Senior Associate and Associate for its Greater Kailash – II, Delhi office.

    Name of the Post: Senior Associate and Associate

    No. of Post: 01 (One) each

    Salary: Pay commensurate with knowledge and experience.

    Location: Delhi /NCR

    Essential Qualification and Experience

    Senior Associate

    • Law Graduate with minimum three years – five years of post-qualification work experience in litigation with a focus in civil, criminal, commercial and matrimonial disputes.

    • Drafting of Notices, Suits (Commercial/ Non-Commercial), Written Statement, Rejoinders, Complaints Under Negotiable Instruments Act, Writ Petitions, Matrimonial Petition/ Suits, Appeals, Revision.

    • Ability to argue and handle the case before the court Independently and ability to participate and represent the client in Mediation Centre.

    • Ability to effectively undertake registry work, including but not limited to filing cases (e-filing), complying with queries raised, obtaining certified copies and other documents, and record maintenance.

    • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.

    • Speaking and writing fluency in English and Hindi. Well versed with Legal Writing.

    • Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting skills.

    • Enrolment in any of the State Bar Councils, preferably the Bar Council of Delhi

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and advanced or intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Emails, Legal Research on internet and PDF editing.

    Associate

    • Law Graduate with minimum one year-two years of post-qualification work experience in litigation with a focus in civil, criminal, commercial and matrimonial disputes.

    • Drafting of Notices, Suits (Commercial/ Non-Commercial), Written Statement, Rejoinders, Complaints Under Negotiable Instruments Act, Writ Petitions, Matrimonial Petition/ Suits, Appeals, Revision.
