    Remuneration:

    Essential Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized university.

    • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Commercial and Contractual Disputes, Real Estate, Arbitration, and White- Collar Crimes.

    • Exceptional drafting skills for pleadings, petitions, and contracts.

    • Proficiency in legal research tools like SCC Online, Manupatra, or Westlaw.

    • Candidate should have expertise in drafting legal documents, preparing briefs, and presenting arguments in court and tribunals.

    • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines effectively.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Commercial and Contractual Disputes: Appear in cases before the Supreme Court and High Court of Delhi including writ petitions, commercial disputes, property, and appeals. Draft pleadings, affidavits, appeal, and ancillary applications for matters related to civil, commercial, and constitutional law.

    • Arbitration: Handle domestic and international arbitration cases, including drafting statement of claim/defence, rejoinders, admission denial of documents, and counterclaims. Represent clients before arbitral tribunals and assist with the enforcement or challenge of arbitral awards before Court.

    • Real Estate: Conducting title due diligence and vetting of marketable titles for developers, investors, banking and financial institutions, carry out extensive documentation and project development, advise on project finance and its corresponding documentation.

    • White-Collar Crime: Represent clients before investigating agencies including Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Crime Branch, Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Special Investigation Team (SIT), Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (SFIO), Enforcement Directorate (ED). Stay updated on Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Competition Act, Companies Act, Criminal Laws.

    • Client Representation and Management: Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and negotiations. Manage and handle high stakes matters independently across forums like Supreme Court, High Court, arbitral tribunals, and other dispute resolution bodies. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on case progress. Build strong client relationships by offering strategic advice and achieving favourable outcomes.

    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior associates, ensuring quality work and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external legal professionals to drive case strategies.

    Associate Lawyer

    • Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

    • Minimum of 3+ years in arbitration, civil, and commercial litigation.

    • Exceptional drafting skills for pleadings, petitions, and contracts.

    • Proficiency in legal research tools like SCC Online, Manupatra, or Westlaw.

    • Candidate should have strong communication and courtroom presentation skills and confidence in managing hearings and proceedings independently.

    • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines effectively.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Restructuring and Insolvency: Represent clients in insolvency, restructuring, and company law disputes before NCLT, NCLAT, and DRT. Draft and file petitions, replies, and other legal documents for corporate insolvency resolution, mergers, and related proceedings.

    • Arbitration: Handle domestic and international arbitration cases, including drafting statement of claim/defence, rejoinders, admission denial of documents, and counterclaims. Represent clients before arbitral tribunals and assist with the enforcement or challenge of arbitral awards before Court.

    • Civil and Commercial Litigation: Appear in cases before the District Courts and High Court of Delhi including writ petitions, commercial disputes, property, and appeals. Draft pleadings, affidavits, appeal, and ancillary applications for matters related to civil, commercial, and constitutional law.

    • Legal Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies. Stay updated on laws such as the Constitution, SARFAESI, IBC, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Mediation Act, CPC, Commercial Courts Act and criminal laws.

    • Client Management: Engage directly with clients, understand their requirements, and provide timely updates on case progress. Advise clients on legal strategies tailored to their needs.
