Essential Qualification and Experience

• Law Degree from recognized university and having registration with Bar Council of India.

• Employee retired in Pay Level 10 or above from Central/ State Autonomous Organizations/ PSU's. b) Have expertise in legal matters with at least 8 years of experience of handling court cases/ arbitration matters related to civil and electrical work contracts. c) Preference will be given to Law Officers who have worked under aforesaid organizations.
